Soon to undergo extensive refurbishment, Kenley's warehouses offer more than 140,000 sq ft of storage space, securely guarding a truly diverse range and amount of products from individual juice bottles to reels of paper weighing in excess of three tons. As the only surviving storage and distribution providers in the area, our family-run company continues to provide the same dedicated levels of quality and service that were established by founder Michael Kenlock in 1975.

Starting as a motor vehicle repair company, Kenley Motors, the company as it is today began to grow when Michael Kenlock allowed the director of a nearby company to store some pallets in the garage. More pallets were added and, as time went on, Michael realised that the storage industry would be a fantastic way to diversify his business. Kenley Warehousing and Distribution Ltd was born and the first warehouse was little more than a backstreet lockup. As word spread about the high levels of quality and service provided by Kenley's, the business began to grow until it became the fully-modernised and technologically up-to-date provider of warehousing and distribution solutions it is today. Employing over 40 staff across a broad range of disciplines, Kenley's make a significant contribution to the local economy of Darwen and Lancashire.

Security is a key aspect of our warehousing services. In order to ensure our customers' goods are continually protected whilst in our care, 24-hour CCTV surveillance is in operation right across our warehouses, backed up by a comprehensive alarm and security system provided by Redcare.
